The official notification of the scheme has been launched by the Indian Government on the official website of the Indian Army. The notification was released on 20th June 2022.
All the interested candidates have now been waiting for the application process to be started. The application process has not been started but it has been expected to be released soon. After the application process, the candidates have to undergo a training session of 6 to 9 months. On the basis of which, the candidates will be selected for the jobs.
Agniveer Scheme Salary Structure
Under this scheme, the central government of India has decided to fill 1.25 lakh vacancies. This scheme has been launched by the Central Government of India by the Defense Minister. This scheme has been known as the Agniveer Yojana. Under this yojana, the government has decided to recruit new candidates in all the Indian armed forces.
According to the government, the youth of the country plays a most important role in the development of the country. Under this scheme, the youths of India will be given jobs in Indian Armed Forces for 4 Years. After the 4 years, 25 percent of the candidates will be given permanent jobs and the left candidates can again apply for the schemes.

Agniveer Scheme Eligibility Criteria
In the selection process there are 4 different stages for the selection. These stages are Physical standards Test, Physical efficiency test, Medical Test and a Common Written Exam. Agniveer Scheme Selection Process
Here is the complete salary structure of the Agniveer Yojana in 4 years. According to the structure, 70 % of the monthly salary will be given to the candidate every month and 30 % of the salary will be deposited in the Agniveer Corpus Fund. The same amount of the Corpus fund will be deposited by the government in Agniveer Corpus Fund. After the 4 years of service, the candidates will be given the total amount that have deposited from their salary and the amount deposited by the government. In total this amount will be around Rs. 11.71 lakh including all the interests.
Age Limit for the Agniveer Scheme:
- The minimum age to apply for the scheme is 17 and half years old.
- The maximum age to apply for the scheme is 23 years old.
Educational Qualification for the Agniveer Scheme for the post of:
- Agniveer General Duty (All Arms) – Class 10th with aggregate of 45 Percent marks.
- Agniveer Tech and Agniveer Tech (AVN and AMN Examiner) – Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English with aggregate of 50 Percent.
- Agniveer Clerk/ Store Keeper – Class 12th in any stream with aggregate of 60 Percent.
- Agniveer Tradesmen – Class 10th with minimum 33 percent in each subject.
